Having indulged far too much food and drink this week I have returned from my break away, I was very worried about this week’s weigh in. As it was my only chance to get away this year I made sure I enjoyed myself. As the hotel was dinner bed and breakfast I was very hard to not be tempted by the vast array of rich food there was on offer!
