This week I’ll be starting a new job, which I’m SO excited about! It’s a role I’ve been really wanting to get back into doing. I’ll be working more hours, but I’ll also be getting more exercise throughout the day! There’s a fair amount of lifting, moving around, standing up and I’m looking forward to doing something a little more active than my current role. I’ll also have less time to think about snacking and getting that “hungry because I’m bored” feeling as my current role can have some pretty quiet patches! Read more »

We have all made mistakes in our dietary choices – and I am not talking about our obsession with high fat/calorie foods lol. What I am talking is the mistakes we make when trying to lose weight and change our diet.
Part of the problem I think lies in the media telling us one minute to exclude carbohydrates from our diet, and the next, singing its praises.
