I know, it’s tough to stay motivated when you are on that mission to lose weight!
I love going to the gym, but sometimes it really does feel like a chore, when I eat fresh fruit and vegetables I really do feel so much better, but sometimes I just want a hug bar of choccy! You, like me, have no doubt started to settle into the new year now and everything is pretty much back to normal. There’s no definite goal-setting (how much weight?), no methods (how to do it?), and no deadline (by the summer? by 2011?) in this objective.

Well, here we are at the start of a new year.
For most of us this means making some changes to our exercise routines and eating habits.
