After a good workout at the gym or even a quick walk around the office, water is the best way to keep your body well hydrated.
Even though it’s a good idea to keep an ice cold bottle of water by your side, you may be surprised to know that the food you eat also is a good source of water.
About 20% of your total daily water intake comes from food. For instance, most fruits and vegetables, like tomatoes, grapes, citrus fruits and watermelon, are at least 90% water by weight. Read more »

Well, here we are at the start of a new year.
For most of us this means making some changes to our exercise routines and eating habits.
Speaking of eating habits, I’m sure we could all use some help when it comes to eating right and making healthier choices when it comes to the food we eat. I know for me, my weakness is sugar.
