See how Gemma is losing weight with her diet and exercise regime and whether you could too.

Having indulged far too much food and drink this week I have returned from my break away, I was very worried about this week’s weigh in. As it was my only chance to get away this year I made sure I enjoyed myself. As the hotel was dinner bed and breakfast I was very hard to not be tempted by the vast array of rich food there was on offer! I didn’t manage to do any exercise either which were not good for my weight loss program.

Due to the large amounts of fat contained within the rich foods I was eating I made sure I had the full amount of Proactol tablets that I could take within the daily allowance. I had 3 tablets after each meal with a large glass of water.

I am very pleased to say and very surprised that I have not gained a pound! Usually when I go away and eat and drink anything I want it usually ends in disaster and I gain all of the weight I had lost. I know that without the use of Proactol I would have gained weight this week.

As I need to be on target to achieve my weight loss goal I am back on track from today with my healthy eating plan and exercise regime which I am really enjoying before I went away. I treated myself to a kick boxing DVD which I plan to incorporate within my weekly exercise program which should help me tone and will be good for me aerobically to burn off extra calories.

So next week I hope I have some good news to post and I am back on track with my weight loss goal.

Follow Gemma and her diet and exercise this week. Her weight loss journey is helped with regular exercise and taking Proactol.

Again another great week I am feeling really positive and feel much healthier as I have totally changed my lifestyle and my diet. Again I have been watching my potion sizes and really made sure that I am drinking lots of water and eating five portions of fruit and vegetables a day.

I managed to go to Football training on Sunday which was great as it is pre season training it is mostly based around fitness work, which provided me with a great workout.

As well as being very careful it was not all about watching everything I eat. I went to a lovely local Italian restaurant and decided to have exactly what I wanted (which I can tell you was not healthy at all!). That’s the fantastic thing about Proactol you don’t just have to be on a constant diet if you do fancy something throughout the week it will not destroy your weight loss progress.

As I have said on previous blogs since taking Poractol I have not gained any weight at all! But now I am really trying to lose weight on a weekly basis so I can hit my target weight.

Now for the good news I have lost 1 pound this week I thought I might have lost 2 pounds like last week but I am still happy that it is a loss and I am going to continue taking my Proactol and staying focused on my weight loss programme!

I am hoping to lose 2 pounds next week as I have booked a week away at the start of August which will defiantly include lots of rich and high fat food so lets hope I will stay on track and at least not gain any weight over that period.

Gemma has been following a diet and exercise regime for just over two months now. Follow her weight loss stories to see how well she is getting on with her fat burning diet.

I have really worked hard this week. I have watched my potion sizes and tried to have a varied and balanced diet. I have also kept on top of my exercise regime which is focused on aerobic exercise which I can still do even with my neck injury.
I have found on this weight loss journey that my main downfall is eating a lot of carbohydrates, I have really tried to cut back on these especially bread over this week. I have eaten mainly rice this week either fish or chicken and had one portion of red meat which I had with some potatoes. I am also making sure that I am eating my five portions of fruit and vegetables a week. Due to this I feel like I have so much more energy and don’t feel as lethargic as I normally do. It helps by taking Proactol as it has really helped with keeping my cravings at bay.

So now for the good news I have lost 2 pounds this week and I am very surprised from loosing that amount how much better I feel. Over the last few weeks even though I hadn’t gained any weight I felt slightly stuck in a rut but now I am feeling very positive and want to keep loosing the weight so I can aim towards my target weight of 11 stone 7 pounds.

So lets hope I can keep up the good work and hopefully lose another two by next week.

Gemma is doing diet and exercise, this week as it is wimbledon playing tennis and taking Proactol. A fat burning diet is a great way to lose weight.

I have really enjoyed this week if only I wasn’t at work so I could fully enjoy the sunshine! Being in a hot office is just not the same as being in the garden and sunbathing!

This week I have noticed a drastic difference in the amount I am eating I don’t know whether it is down to the heat or I am finally being able to say no to food and reducing my potion sizes to what they should be. Whatever is happening to reduce my food intake it has made me feel very positive about the weight loss I can achieve.

When you have gained weight over a period of years and constantly try and lose it is so hard to stay on track but I feel this is giving me the incentive to really go for it and hit targets I want.

I have managed to struggle through with my neck injury and play some tennis this week which was great fun as I have been getting some tips whilst watching Wimbledon. Shame I am nowhere near as good as the pro’s!

Over the past couple of weeks I have been quiet lazy and eaten very badly but Proactol has got me through this period as I have not gained any weight over the past couple of weeks. Now I am thinking positive and I am really going to go for it over the next few weeks and enjoy the weight loss that will come with the combination of Proactol and hard work.

Let’s hope I have some good news to report in next week’s blog hopefully with a nice weight loss!

This week has had its ups and downs but I am glad to report I have not gained any weight this week even when I haven’t been able to do any exercise this week!

I find losing weight very hard I try to keep constantly motivated but this is not always possible and sometimes use any excuse to stop me from exercising or sticking to my diet plan.

I have been looking a few resources and found that I am NOT ALONE! Most people are finding it hard when they have a very busy lifestyle.

Below are some points that I constantly come across when I am losing weight:

Workouts becoming boring very quickly. It is very hard to keep motivated.

Frustration about results from exercising not happening quickly enough can get you down. Which can easily dishearten you.

If you are constantly busy you find yourself saying “I will wait until things start to calm down and then I can give 100%” Things don’t really tend to calm down if you are a busy person so you need to just get into a regime and make it as realistic as possible. In order for you to stick to it.

Not having the time to exercise is often another excuse that can be used. Even 10-15 minutes a day can make all of the difference to your health and fitness levels.

If you miss a workout and you do not gain wait from doing so it is often very temping to continue to miss further workouts which can have a drastic impact on your weight loss regime. One missed workout could then lead to not doing any exercise for a month for example. When you do gain weight you feel even worse than when you started!

If you do find yourself ticking off any or all of the above points you need to try and stay motivated and confident that you can achieve your goal. As combined healthy eating, exercise and of course the help from Proactol can be the winning formula to a new you. I know for a fact if I wouldn’t have been taking Proactol and I would have had this injury I would have gained lots of weight but I have not gained a pound! As soon as I am ready to exercise again I feel the weight loss will be fantastic!

Last week has again been very hard as I am still injured! I don’t really have a lot to say this blog entry as not a lot has happened over the past week.

It is very hard to lose weight when you are injured. I am currently battling through a neck injury which dramactly impacts on the sports that I can take part in. I am trying to incorporate relevant exercises that will not aggrevate my progress and exercises that I am having to undertake for my treatment.

In order to try and get back on track I have been trying to exercise my lower body as much as possible by using an eliptical machine, before I can undertake any rigous exercise. I have been working out on the eliptical instead of walking this week. To keep my motivated throughout my workout I have been continually updating my ipod with some great tracks with different tracks to try and reduce any boredom that can occur when you are exercsing on the same piece of equipment often.

I weighed myself this week and I am very pleased with what I saw as I lost a pound this week!! Taking Proactol is really helping with my motivation to continue to lose weight. I feel it is possible when incorporating Proactol into my diet. I have not gained any weight from the period I started taking Proactol which is fantastic as many previous diets I have been on have had a dramatic yo-yo affect.

Over the next few weeks I will try and gently return to the sports I enjoy but I am going to continue with my aerobic exercise for the near future.

Sorry for the very short blog this week but I have been struggling with my injuries again this week!

Another week has gone by and I have still been unable to undertake any sport this week. Which again has been very testing my motivation. But the great news is that I have just recently bought a cross trainer which allows me to exercise without causing any impact to any of my joints.

I have been trying to watch the quantity and type of food that I have been eating over the week. Proactol has really helped over the last couple of weeks as it is successfully supressing my appetite. Even though I have not lost any weight over the last two weeks I have not gained any weight. Which is fantastic when I currently cant undertake any exercise. Without the use of Proactol I would of easily put on the weight that I had lost.

My aim next week is to start with some gentle exercise on the cross trainer and gradully get my endurnace and strength back. I am also going to try and go on some short walks as well after work.

This week has been very hard again I have been struggling with a neck injury which has been really testing to my motivation. Due to this I have been unable to play any sport this week, which has really made an impact on my exercise schedule that I orginally planned. I am hoping with some physio I will be back on track to play sport again even though I will have to take it steady.

This week has really made me think about my motivation I have been trying to set myself realistic goals so I can track my progress which will also motivate me to stay on track.

Below are some tips I am using to set goals for myself:

Try setting myself goals that are achievable within the allocated timescale

I have to try and stay positive

Once a goal is achieved I am to reward myself

I will write down the goals to keep track of the goals that I have made

In order to keep the my level of interest high I try and make any routine or food plan full of variety

If I miss a workout I try not to let it get me down and for me to get back on track as soon as possible

My friends and family know that I am trying to lose weight and they support me through the weight loss challenge

Thinking of the weight I have lost is a great incentive for me to continue with my weight loss. I am trying to focus on the weight I have lost not the total amount I need to lose

I am going to continue to change my goals to prevent them from becoming a chore

I keep thinking of the new me I want to achieve. This is allowing me to stay positive throughout the whole experience

I am going to try and stay positive this week and after a few sessions of physio I should be feeling physically better also. So lets hope next week is better!

Find out how Gemma is getting along with her weight loss journey and how her fat burning diet is working out.

This week has been a very hard week for me. I have struggled with my scheduled exercise and eating programme that I had originally planned to undertake every week.

A couple of weeks ago I discussed the issue of emotional eating this has been a major problem for me this week. As things haven’t gone to plan and many unexpected things have happened to me in one week. Because of this I have been comfort eating (which I know is bad). I am now feeling much more positive though and I am going got try and avoid using food as a remedy for sorting out my emotional problems in the future.

I am very pleased to say that I have not gained any weight even though I did slightly overeat this week but I haven’t lost any weight either. This still allows me to continue with my weight loss programme without setting me back.

This week I am back on track I am going to go walking every night after work and I have two competitive matches this week. On Wednesday night I have a tennis match and on Sunday I am playing in a football tournament. I have ticked all of the boxes for the fitness and sports activites for this week. I just need to be very careful with the food I eat this week. If I have too many treats and don’t watch my calorie intake all of my exercise efforts will not be as effective.

Next week I am going to look at the ways I can keep myself motivated so I can lose weight for the summer months. Even though I have found this last week very hard I feel with increased motivation and incorporating Proactol into my diet I will soon see the massive benefits Proactol has to offer.

Another week has flown past and I am feeling very postive about my weight loss as I have lost another pound. Taking my weight loss to a total of half a stone (7 pounds). I am really happy with my progress, the walking/jogging is making me feel motivated. As it is helping me burn calories and is helping me tone my body.

A couple of weeks ago I said that I was going to provide an update on my walking regime that I am currently undertaking 3-4 days a week. My intention was to try and incorporate jogging into my walk. I walk for around 30 minutes and I can now manage to now jog for 10 minutes of the 30 minutes, which I am really pleased with. I am now hoping to increase the jogging period by 5 minutes every week until the 30 minute workout becomes a jog.

As well as the exercise I am changing the way I organise food on a weekly basis. The key to eating well is to plan out the meals for the week. This allows me to buy all of the ingredients I need which limits the waste and cost. Planning my food for the week also eliminates the excuse to order in a take away because I don’t know what to cook. When I have a busy night I have a low fat ready meal in the fridge for speed and convenience.

This week I am going to continue with planning out my food and exercising and I will hopefully have another 1-2 pound loss this week!
