Happy New Year everyone! It’s the start of a new year and a new decade!

The start of a new year is always inspiring to get yourself into new routines and better yourself. And for me, this year is a big year for my weight loss!

2009 was my first year using Proactol and it has done wonders to keep my weight down when I couldn’t exercise. When I was exercising regularly, I lost weight quicker and healthier than I had ever lost weight before. I tried out so many different ways of exercising and changed my portions and what I ate.
